Buyers don’t like to be manipulated. Buyers like to buy things, they just don’t like to feel they are being sold to as part of the process.
Customer Centric seller empowers buyer to achieve goals, solve problems and satisfy needs by giving them a vision to achieve goals, solve problems, and satisfy needs if they had the sellers offering. This is the Customer Centric approach. Seller is also prepared to leave if their offering doesn´t accomplish one of those goals.
