Customer Centric Selling Europe was born when two Nordic sales process consulting companies Ariade Ab and Focusta Oy joined resources to establish an European network of sales process consulting practice in September 2007. Consultants from Ariade and Focusta have a strong background from managing complex multinational sales projects in the European region.
A proven sales development expertise is now available for European entities. The new company will have a better capability to support its present and future customers to enhance the implementation of solution selling-mentality in sales. CustomerCentric Selling® is designed to help all sellers assess where they are, and give them a specific methodology to help them become more successful. Even the most gifted sellers can become more Customer Centric.
Our core focus is to apply the Customer Centric sales methodology and tailor the sales process philosophy for European customers and thus to improve our customers’ sales culture. Customers include companies such as Metso Automation, T.A.C, Swedish Trade Council, Ixonos, ISS Facility Services and Tieto.
CCS Europe has locations in various European countries such as Poland, Benelux, UK, France, Italy and Slovakia and the network is currently expanding its services in other European countries as well.
